Care expertise, built into every product
Wyecare Solutions was founded after seeing first-hand how digital tools transformed care quality in the UK — and recognising that Indian care homes deserved the same, at prices that work for the Indian market.
We're a Kerala-based startup, early-stage and founder-led. We're not a large agency — we're a specialist team who have worked directly in care home software and operations, and we're building the tools we would have wanted.
What we saw
The gap between UK and Indian care — and why it doesn't have to exist
In the UK, care homes operate within a heavily regulated framework. Digital care records, medication administration tracking, electronic MAR charts, and staff rota software are standard. The result: fewer medication errors, better audit trails, and families who actually know how their loved ones are doing.
In India, the private care home sector is growing fast — driven by urbanisation, an ageing population, and NRI families abroad who want quality care for their parents back home. But most care homes are still running on paper, WhatsApp groups, and spreadsheets.
The barrier isn't appetite for change. It's that existing software is either Western-built (wrong pricing, wrong assumptions, wrong language) or general-purpose EHR systems that aren't designed for residential care. We decided to build the right thing.
Why Kerala first?
Kerala has India's highest elderly population ratio, a strong nursing culture, and a large NRI diaspora in the Gulf and UK who are actively looking for quality care homes for their parents.
It's the ideal starting market — high care awareness, English-comfortable staff, and families who understand the value of digital communication. What works here will scale across India.
We're based in Changanacherry, Kottayam — at the heart of Kerala's care home cluster.

Indian care staff shouldn't have to learn a Western system designed for a different context. We build for touch-first mobile use, regional languages, and the realities of staffing in India.
